Job summary

Viega LLC in Broomfield, CO, seeks a Senior Demand Planning Analyst to advance forecast accuracy and supply chain efficiency. The role develops, maintains, and refines statistical forecast models, analyzes market trends, and partners with multiple departments to ensure product availability.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in demand planning, strong Excel/ERP skills, and experience with SAP APO, JDA, Oracle Demantra, and IBP. This hybrid role requires on-site presence 2–3 days weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a quantitative field such as Supply Chain, Analytics, or Economics.
• Minimum 5 years in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics.
• Certifications like CPIM, CSCP, CPF are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate and refine forecasts for assigned product portfolios using statistical methods and causal factors.
• Analyze forecast accuracy/KPIs to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, product management, and supply chain to build consensus forecasts (S&OP).
• Lead or support projects to improve demand planning processes and tools.
• Utilize SAP, NetStock and other ERP systems to manage forecasts and report insights.
• Prepare and present detailed forecasts and service metrics to management.
• Support new product introductions with demand forecasts and impact analysis.
• Identify risks/opportunities and communicate adjustments to minimize disruptions.
• Mentor junior analysts and ensure reporting accuracy.
