Job summary

MAT Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Demand Planning professional in Illinois to support the Manager of Demand Planning for MATI and MIND divisions. You will develop monthly forecasts, analyze variance, and drive improvements through S&OP processes with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Must be able to process large amounts of data and communicate at various levels.
• Experience with forecasting methodologies: time series, causal modeling, ML.
• 2-5 years of supply chain planning experience in S&OP, demand, and supply planning.
• CPG and E-Commerce experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly forecasts for finished goods using historical data and market signals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to understand life cycles and demand.
• Develop and maintain forecast accuracy and bias metrics by customer and SKU.
• Communicate targets and drive action plans for KPI improvements.
• Summarize forecast changes with monthly performance and variances.
• Moderate bi-monthly revenue calls with sales leadership.
• Run and maintain IBP statistical forecasts and analyze variances.
• Produce weekly/monthly POS and inventory reports for key customers.
• Present POS, inventory, prices, store counts, and sales trends to leadership.
