Job summary

AUMOVIO is seeking a Forecasting Analyst to manage sales forecasting, volume planning by part number, and monthly reviews with stakeholders across plant, business areas, logistics, and sales. The role supports ten-year strategic planning and requires coordination across multiple departments to align projections.

Key tasks include maintaining multi-year forecasts in SAP, participating in regional and North America volume planning meetings, and leading process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration or relevant.
• 2+ years relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Ability to take initiative to develop and implement new projects.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain thirty-six month forecast in customer demand planning tool in SAP.
• Support Volume Review Meetings and collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Logistics in the monthly forecast process.
• Participate in monthly North America production volume planning meetings.
• Monitor customer volumes and schedules via supplier portals or production schedules.
• Collaborate with finance, operations and purchasing to align forecasting with strategic directions.
• Lead driving process improvements.
