This role requires automotive sales experience and at least 2 years in sales management; you will forecast goals, coordinate with departments, and ensure compliance while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Forecast departmental goals and strive to meet them.
• Lead, train, and monitor New and Used Sales staff.
• Attend managers' meetings and report performance.
• Forecast controllable expenses for the sales departments.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Direct sales staff to improve customer satisfaction and dealership image.
• Set and review quarterly and annual sales objectives.
• Maintain accurate daily and monthly sales records.
• Coordinate with Service, Parts, and Business Office departments.
• Support advertising campaigns and promotions.
