Century Ford of Mt. Airy is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our auto sales team in Mount Airy, MD. You will work with the Internet and sales staff to optimize lead flow from phone and web, schedule appointments, and monitor daily activity in the E-Lead CRM.

This role demands energy, teamwork, and the ability to coach others toward higher performance. Experience is preferred, but a well-rounded candidate will be considered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years auto sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent communication and closing skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Create action plan and manage sales staff; identify coaching needs.
• Assist salespeople in setting aggressive, but realistic monthly goals.
• Track all customers and ensure leads logged with follow-up in CRM.
• Set an example of professionalism through actions and appearance.
