Future Ford Lincoln of Roseville is seeking motivated Retail Sales Representatives to join a fast-growing, family-owned dealer group in Northern California. Build relationships, guide customers through vehicle purchases, and deliver an outstanding showroom experience.

You will benefit from professional sales training, coaching, and a culture that rewards performance while offering substantial earning potential through commissions and a solid base pay.

Qualifications

• Must have valid CA Driver’s License.
• Must have valid CA Sales License.
• Prior automotive or retail sales experience preferred, not required — we train the right people.
• Strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist showroom customers.
• Build relationships and guide customers through the vehicle purchase process.
• Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and product demonstrations.

Pay Scale

Base hourly rate of $16.90, plus substantial commission opportunities based on performance and other factors.

Most Sales Representatives earn between $5,00 and $12,000 per month, with higher earnings during peak and record-breaking sales periods.
