• Upsell by suggesting related parts, seasonal products, and promotions.
• Identify and source correct parts using catalogs and electronic systems.
• Notify Parts Manager of shortages or discrepancies.
• Process parts orders, prepare invoices, and ensure correct RO before issuing parts to Technicians.
• Maintain organized stock, bins, and customer-facing counters.
• Stay current on new products and updates and participate in training.
