Galpin Motors, Inc. is seeking an experienced Parts Counter Associate to join our team at Galpin Volvo. You will assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts while delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities include looking up parts via catalogs and VINs, processing transactions, maintaining inventory, and collaborating with service technicians to ensure smooth workflow. Benefits start after 30 days, including health, vision, and dental insurance, 401(k) match, paid

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years parts counter experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally.
• Professional work ethic and high integrity.
• Ability to work as a team and/or independently.
• Strong problem solving and follow up skills.

• Communicate effectively with service technicians and other departments to support workflow and minimize delays.
• Follow all company policies and procedures related to safety, cash handling, and inventory control.
