Prevailance, Inc. is seeking a skilled Force Protection (FP) Assessment Analyst SME to support USFFC HHOA.

You will perform on-site assessments of CONUS Navy installations and tenant commands, analyzing data to identify trends, discrepancies, and performance gaps at the OLW level. You will propose improvements to data collection and analytic methodologies and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership (O-6+).

Qualifications

• Six years of Navy Force Protection experience afloat and ashore.
• Three years in a senior leadership role (E-7 to E-9, O-3 to O-4, LDO, or WOs).
• Three years on high-level staffs briefing senior leadership (flag-level TACON).
• Three years as trainer/advisor/assessor for afloat units or Navy installations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site FP assessments for Navy installations and tenant commands.
• Perform data capture, reduction, integration, and analysis including root cause and trends.
• Review/Revise data capture docs (Excel) and synthesis docs (MS Word).
• Provide recommendations on NTAs, MOEs, and MOPs.
• Identify discrepancies and trends across PESTONI pillars (Personnel, Equipment, Supply, Training, Ordnance, Networks, Installations).
• Develop initial DOTMLPF-P solutions.
• Consolidate data from multiple installations for leadership briefings.

• Position Open Now Description Prevailance Inc. is seeking a skilled and mission-focused Force Protection (FP) Assessment Analyst SME to support the Commander, United States Fleet Forces Command (USFFC) Higher Headquarters Operational Assessment (HHOA) Program. The FP SME will provide on-site assessments of CONUS-based Navy installations, including tenant commands, and perform data analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and performance gaps at the Operational Level of War (OLW). This role also involves recommending improvements to HHOA program data collection and analytic methodologies, while delivering actionable insights to senior leadership (O-6 and above).

• Introduction to Risk Management (GS 150.06)
• Risk Management for DoD Security Programs (GS 102.16)
• FEMA IC S 100/200/700/800 Series
• Six (6) years of experience as a Navy Force Protection professional in afloat and ashore environments
• Three (3) years of experience in a senior leadership position (E-7 to E-9, O-3 to O-4, LDO, or Warrant Officer)
• Three (3) years of experience on high-level staffs (O-6 and above), briefing senior leadership, including flag-level staffs with TACON for FP
• Three (3) years of experience as a trainer, advisor, or assessor for afloat units or Navy installations (e.g., ITT, ATTT, RTT)
• Two (2) years of experience with data collection and analysis for operational assessments
• Knowledge of joint operations and the National Incident Management System (NIMS)
• Expertise in Navy Force Protection training and evaluation processes (Antiterrorism, Physical Security, Law Enforcement)
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word
• Familiarity with Navy Warfare Training System (NWTS), NTAs, and NMETs Preferred Qualifications: -Former Navy Master-at-Arms Senior Enlisted or 6490 LDO (O-3 and above) with operational and staff experience
• Graduate of ATO Level II
