Job summary

Wequassett Resort and Golf Club on Cape Cod is seeking friendly hosts/hostesses to welcome guests and ensure a memorable dining experience. You will greet guests, seat them, and assist servers as needed, with attention to detail and a courteous demeanor.

The role involves managing reservations via OpenTable, communicating guest needs to management, and thanking guests on departure. Prior restaurant experience is preferred; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and seating guests in a warm and gracious manner.
• Answering telephone calls and making dining reservations utilizing Open Table.
• Assisting servers whenever possible.

• Relaying guest compliments and complaints to management.
• Informing management of special occasions.
• Thanking guests for their patronage upon departure.
