Responsibilities

• Follow the sequence of service using standards established by management.
• Take and deliver orders in a gracious and efficient manner.
• Demonstrate full menu knowledge and preparation methods.
• Maintain knowledge of spirits, wines, and specialty beverages.
• Clean and maintain all equipment and supplies.
• Guide guests through their full restaurant experience.
• Work with the team and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
• Fulfilling special requests or concerns from guests.
