Job summary

Wequassett Resort and Golf Club, part of EOS Hospitality, seeks an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily dining operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and high standards of service.

You will lead a diverse team across four restaurants, supervise staff, train, and collaborate with management on cost control, scheduling, and events to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within restaurant or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of restaurant staff to ensure excellent service.
• Monitor quality standards for food and beverages and health & safety compliance.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in training and evaluating staff and promoting teamwork.
• Collaborate on operational strategies including cost control, inventory, and scheduling.
• Participate in planning events, promotions, and themed nights to enhance guest experience.
• Conduct regular inspections for cleanliness and organization, addressing issues promptly.
• Provide feedback in staff meetings to improve operations and guest satisfaction.
