Job summary

NetJets is seeking a FOQA Gatekeeper to enhance aviation safety by identifying flights needing crew contacts and performing de-identified data analysis for the FOQA program. The role requires handling sensitive information with strict confidentiality and operating within FAA-approved FOQA guidelines.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of experience, a Bachelor's in Aviation or related field, and an ATP certificate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Aviation or related field is required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with safety analysis, risk assessment and incident reporting.
• Strong verbal and written communication with high integrity.

Responsibilities

• Identify flights that may require crew contacts in collaboration with Foqa Team.
• Conduct crew contacts in a professional manner and meet Foqa Team objectives.
• Provide, in a de-identified format, information learned from contacts to the FMT.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for FOQA related analyses and publications.
• Assist with in-depth analysis of significant events and data collection.
• Attend appropriate industry conferences and present select data when approved.
