Job summary

Frontier Airlines, a Denver-based carrier, seeks a Program Manager to lead the FOQA program within Safety Management System framework. You’ll oversee data analysis, event monitoring, risk identification and corrective action support across flight operations and maintenance teams.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in aviation safety or FOQA with familiarity in Teledyne AirFASE, CEFA, or ProSafeT, plus strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and airline operations experience.
• Minimum 5 years of aviation safety, flight operations, FOQA, SMS, ASAP, or related operational experience.
• Experience analyzing aviation safety data, identifying trends, preparing reports, and supporting corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the FOQA program, including administration, governance, data protection, continuous improvement, and SMS alignment. (25%)
• Facilitate FOQA Monitoring Team activities, including event review, meeting coordination, documentation, recommendation tracking, and stakeholder follow-up. (20%)
• Oversee FOQA data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting to identify hazards, monitor safety performance, and support risk-based decision-making. (20%)
• Develop safety trend analyses, studies, reports and presentations to communicate emerging risks and support proactive mitigation. (15%)
• Coordinate corrective actions and safety recommendations with operational departments to ensure FOQA findings are assessed, addressed, and monitored. (10%)
• Support SMS, safety assurance, and safety promotion initiatives by integrating FOQA insights into communications, briefings, training support, and continuous improvement efforts. (10%)
