The position requires 2–4 years of experience and a Bachelor's in Aviation or related field, with ATP certification preferred. The candidate will support safety analysis, FOQA data collection, and SME responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify flights requiring crew contacts in collaboration with the FOQA Team.
• Conduct crew contacts professionally to meet FOQA Team objectives.
• Provide de-identified information to the FOQA Management Team.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for FOQA data and processes.
• Assist with in-depth analysis of significant events and FOQA content development.
• Present data to crewmembers where practical when approved by the FOQA Team.
• Assist with manual data uploads and industry conference participation as needed.
• Support FOQA data collection and accountability.
