Job summary

Frontier Airlines in Colorado is seeking an experienced FOQA Program Manager to lead Flight Operations Quality Assurance across data analysis, event monitoring and safety trend identification. You will integrate FOQA insights into the SMS and support risk-based decision-making across the operation.

The role requires at least five years in aviation safety, FOQA or related fields, with knowledge of FOQA/FDM tools and MS Office. Travel and on-call duties may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent airline operations experience.
• Minimum 5 years of aviation safety, FOQA, SMS, ASAP, or related experience.
• Experience analyzing aviation safety data, identifying trends, and reporting.
• Operational familiarity with Flight Ops, Dispatch, Inflight, Maintenance, Training and safety programs.
• Experience with FOQA/FDM software such as Teledyne AirFASE, CEFA, or similar.
• Knowledge of SMS, risk management, safety reporting and safety promotion.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the FOQA program, governance, data protection, continuous improvement, and SMS alignment.
• Facilitate FOQA Monitoring Team activities, meeting coordination, documentation, and tracking.
• Oversee FOQA data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting to identify hazards and monitor safety.
• Develop safety trend analyses, studies, and presentations to communicate risks.
• Coordinate corrective actions with departments to address FOQA findings.
• Support SMS and safety promotion by integrating FOQA insights into training and communications.
