Qualifications

10+ years of account sales experience in biopharma/medical fields.
Strong Endocrinology specialty experience.
Account management experience with large group practices or IDNs.
Willingness to travel up to 70% within territory and maintain valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Serve as liaison between Syneos Health and healthcare professionals across numerous specialties in the StamFord, CT territory.
Develop and execute account-specific strategies to drive awareness and adoption of therapeutic solutions in the FOP market.
Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, HCPs, and decision-makers to align with patient care goals.
Deliver compliant, clinically driven messaging using market insights to support sales opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing, medical affairs, patient support, and market access teams on account plans and education.
Represent the company at industry events to strengthen relationships and brand presence.
