Qualifications

• 10+ years of account sales experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
• Strong Endocrinology specialty experience required.
• Must live in the assigned territory with 70% travel and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Syneos Health and healthcare professionals (endocrinologists, geneticists, orthopedists, dentists, pediatricians, PCPs).
• Develop and execute account-specific strategies to drive awareness and adoption of therapeutic solutions in FOP.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with KOLs, HCPs, and decision-makers to align with patient care goals.
• Deliver clinically driven, compliant messages using market insights.
• Collaborate with marketing, medical affairs, patient support, and market access to implement plans.
• Educate HCPs on disease state, options, and company support services.
• Monitor local market trends to identify growth opportunities and address challenges.
• Represent Syneos Health at conferences, congresses, and events.
