Job summary

A leading children's footwear brand is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to support its growing business. This role involves managing wholesale orders, inventory, and compliance documentation while collaborating across teams. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in supply chain or operations, preferably in footwear, and possess strong attention to detail along with ERP experience, specifically with NetSuite. Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, operations, purchasing or order management, preferably in footwear/apparel.
• ERP experience, preferably with NetSuite.
• Strong attention to detail, especially with style/size/color data.
• Clear communication skills with domestic and overseas partners.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Process wholesale orders accurately and validate pricing and inventory.
• Create and manage purchase orders while tracking production and transit timelines.
• Produce accurate ATS reports and ensure real-time data availability.
• Track required footwear testing and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Set up new styles and maintain accurate product data in ERP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and support fulfillment.
