Job summary

BILLY Footwear is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to join our growing sales team in Kent, WA. This on-site role focuses on coordinating samples, materials, and wholesale accounts while supporting the sales organization with accurate data and timely follow-through.

You’ll gain hands-on exposure to wholesale and national retail accounts, learn CRM processes, and contribute to sales materials, forecasting, and reporting as you grow in the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; recent graduates encouraged.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and professional communication.
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, or CRM platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the Sales Sample Program: organize, track, prepare, and ship samples for meetings, presentations, and trade shows.
• Manage POP & Retail Marketing Materials: inventory, distribution, and wholesale partner coordination.
• Maintain Sales CRM & Account Information: ensure records are accurate and actionable.
• Support New Account & Order Coordination: setup, item info, order entry, and required docs from start to launch.
• Coordinate Sales Team activities: manage follow-ups, materials, reporting, and deadlines.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for wholesale customers and internal teams.
