Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by engaging customers and providing product information.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new team members, focusing on selling skills and operations.
• Serves as a go-to expert in designated process areas to ensure smooth store execution.
• Maintains merchandising and presentation standards according to floor sets, signage, and pricing.
• Promotes customer participation in loyalty, warranty, and private label programs.
• Creates a welcoming, respectful environment for teammates and athletes.
• Adheres to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures.
