Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and provide clear, accurate information about products and assortments.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members, focusing on best practices and operational processes.
• Demonstrates efficiency in process execution while maintaining an athlete-first mindset; ensures products are ready for athletes to purchase.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards by following floor set plans, signage requirements, price changes, and inventory presentation.
• Promotes customer participation in company programs (loyalty, warranty, credit card enrollment).
• Creates a store environment where teammates and athletes are welcomed and treated with respect, adhering to safety and SOPs.
