• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by engaging athletes and providing clear, accurate, and knowledgeable information about products and assortment.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as subject matter expert of their area.
• Maintains an athlete-first mindset and ensures products are ready for athletes to purchase.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards with floor set plans, signage, price changes, and inventory presentation.
• Promotes customer participation in company programs and loyalty initiatives.
• Creates a store environment where teammates and athletes are welcomed and treated with respect; adheres to safety, loss prevention and SOPs.
