Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by engaging athletes to understand their needs and provide product information.
• Onboards and trains new and existing team members as subject matter expert.
• Ensures products are ready for purchase and athletes are engaged when, where and how they want.
• Upholds merchandising and program standards and supports store initiatives.
