Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create an excellent shopping experience for customers per service standards.
• Stay aware of current sales promotions.
• Keep merchandise presented neatly and stocked; maintain cleanliness.
• Develop product knowledge and fitting skills.
• Be aware of Loss Prevention concerns with customers and staff.
• Participate in inventories, shipping/receiving, and floor placement.
• Process cash and sales via POS per policy; ensure shoes are matched.
• Handle all POS transactions in accordance with procedures.
