Shoe Sensation, Inc. is seeking a 2nd Assistant Manager (Part Time) in Marion, NC. This entry-level management role will sell footwear and apparel, while also leading the sales team on duty and training others. You’ll help keep the store organized, participate in deposits, and manage freight as it arrives.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in sales; willingness to learn management duties.
• Ability to teach others and lead a sales team.
• Willingness to open/close the store and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet our customers and guide them through their shopping experience.
• Sell Shoes, apparel, and accessories to customers.
• Ring up sales in computer, take cash/run credit cards.
• Help re-stock the sales floor.
• Keep things neat and clean in the store.
• Teach others how to do all the things above.
• Lead the rest of the team to ensure the best customer sales experience.
• Make deposits at the bank.
• Process freight and set the sales floor as it arrives.
