Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. is seeking a Lead Associate, Footwear to drive footwear sales and elevate the athlete experience. You will be the go-to expert on shoes, energize the team, and deliver standout service creating a clean, dynamic shopping environment while leveraging product knowledge and passion for performance.

This role focuses on coaching teammates, achieving key performance goals, and bringing the Under Armour brand to life through every interaction with athletes who enter the store.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Basic numeracy, literacy, listening and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, lift and walk while handling cartons up to 25 lbs./12 kgs.
• Comfortable with technology and learning new devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service based on footwear needs.
• Deliver an athlete experience unique to Under Armour.
• Coach teammates on footwear products and selling practices.
• Execute omni-channel requests in line with company policies.
• Promote core and seasonal products using knowledge of the selling process.
• Collaborate with teammates to hit store goals.
• Support store operations: cash desk, ticketing, merchandising, stock replenishment.
