Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. is seeking a Lead Associate, Footwear to energize the sales floor with expert product knowledge and outstanding customer service. You will lead by example, create a dynamic shopping environment, and connect with athletes to drive sales and brand experience.

You’ll coach teammates on footwear lines, support omni-channel requests, and help hit performance goals while maintaining UA standards and a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Local language fluency; basic English helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer service experience based on footwear needs.
• Coach teammates on footwear products and selling practices.
• Complete omni-channel requests for athletes per UA policies.
• Promote core and seasonal products to athletes using selling process knowledge.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals.
• Assist in operations such as cash desk, ticketing, merchandising and stock replenishment.
