Job summary

Under Armour in Oklahoma City is seeking a Lead Associate, Footwear to drive footwear sales, energize the team, and deliver standout service. You'll create a clean, dynamic shopping environment and apply product knowledge to connect with every Athlete who enters the store.

This role requires at least 1 year of retail experience, strong communication, flexibility for evenings and weekends, and the stamina to stand and lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer service experience based on footwear needs.
• Coach teammates on footwear products and selling practices.
• Complete omni-channel requests per Under Armour policies.
• Promote core and seasonal products to athletes.
• Assist with store operations including cash desk, merchandising, and stock replenishment.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals.
