Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Lead who is passionate about creating an outstanding in-store experience for every customer. You will lead by example, coach peers, and embody our Famous Culture as you manage daily operations and drive sales.

This role emphasizes teamwork, leadership, and a strong customer focus. You’ll foster a welcoming environment, mentor associates, and ensure every guest leaves with a great fit and the iconic Famous Feeling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong working knowledge of general retail practices.
• Retail store management experience or equivalent leadership.
• Experience mentoring and training associates.
• Ability to multitask and follow store manager directions.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends.
• Basic computer skills.
