Caleres, Inc. is seeking a Sales Lead for Famous Footwear in a fast-paced retail environment. You will guide the team to deliver an exceptional in-store experience, coach selling behaviors, and ensure operations run smoothly from pricing to inventory.

You will drive sales through a customer-focused mindset, mentor Associates, and embody the Famous culture with a positive, inclusive attitude. This role emphasizes teamwork and superb customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Retail store management experience or relevant management experience.
• Experience mentoring and training Associates.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and follow store manager directions.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends.
• Basic computer skills.
