Job summary

Rack Room Shoes is seeking a sales-oriented team member to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales in a fast-paced footwear environment.

You will assist customers, process transactions, maintain store presentation, and support inventory and promotions. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, basic math, and a cooperative attitude to align with store policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales, preferably specialty footwear.

Responsibilities

• Create an excellent shopping experience through service standards and attitude.
• Promote promotions and rewards programs.
• Maintain awareness of current sales promotions.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, stock organization, and store cleanliness.
• Develop product knowledge and fitting skills.
• Be mindful of loss prevention concerns for customers and staff.
• Assist in inventories, shipping/receiving, and merchandise placement.
• Process sales and POS transactions accurately and in policy.
