Qualifications

• Interpersonal skills necessary to deal effectively with customers and employees.

• Experience in retail sales, preferably specialty retail or footwear.
• Basic knowledge of the policies and procedures.
• Basic visual merchandising skills and an understanding of Store Presentation Standards.

Responsibilities

• Create an excellent shopping experience for customers through service standards and a positive attitude.
• Maintain awareness of current sales promotions and company initiatives.
• Keep merchandise presentation organized and store clean and inviting.
• Develop product knowledge and fitting skills to assist customers.
• Be mindful of Loss Prevention and security concerns for staff and customers.
• Assist in inventory activities and merchandise placement on the sales floor as needed.
• Process sales and POS transactions accurately and in accordance with policy.
