Job summary

Scheels All Sports, Inc. is seeking a Merchandiser to support shelf readiness and product placement in a fast-paced retail store. You will unload freight, stock displays, assist customers, and help with shop moves and mannequin placement.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 months of related experience. The role requires strong organization, teamwork and the ability to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to follow safety and merchandising guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Unload product from freight, tag, fold, hang and price merchandise.
• Restock on the sales floor and prepare items for display.
• Assist customers and sales associates with retrieval and loading purchased products.
• Follow shop guides and coordinates with shop managers on moves and mannequin placement.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and back stock areas.
• Work varied hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
