Job summary

Scheels Fargo is hiring a Merchandise Associate to unload freight, tag and stock merchandise, and assist customers on the sales floor. You’ll follow shop guidelines, coordinate with shop managers on displays, and keep back stock organized with attention to detail.

We seek reliability, ability to work varied hours including weekends, and a basic high school diploma with 1–3 months related experience. ESOP and comprehensive benefits accompany this full-time position in-store.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED, with 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as part of merchandising duties.
• Willingness to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Unload product from freight, tag, fold, hang, and price merchandise for sale.
• Restock merchandise on the sales floor and bring products to the floor for display.
• Assist customers and sales associates with retrieving and loading purchased products.
• Follow shop guidelines and prioritize needs using Line Leader checklists and merch guides.
• Coordinate with Specialty Shop Managers and display teams on shop moves and mannequin placement.
• Maintain an orderly appearance with general cleaning and organization in store and back stock areas.
• Work independently and with the team, showing attention to detail.
