Brooks Running in Seattle is seeking a Footwear Innovation Developer II to drive advanced footwear projects from concept through delivery. You will collaborate with design, product management, validation, and manufacturing teams to implement new designs and materials with strong performance and sustainability goals.

You will lead sample management, BOM creation, and factory partnerships while guiding multiple projects on critical dates to ensure on-time launches and quality results.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Biomechanics, Engineering, Kinesiology, or related field.
• 5+ years leading high-performance running footwear projects.
• Expertise in technical running footwear product development and manufacturing.
• 3+ years in athletic footwear innovation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead innovation projects from brief to design and delivery.
• Collaborate with Design, Product Line Management, and Validation teams.
• Identify new materials and designs to meet performance and cost goals.
• Manage sample material, BOMs, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with Asia Development and factories for timely samples.
