Brooks Seattle is seeking a Footwear Innovation Developer II for racing footwear. You will guide high‑performance projects from concept to production, collaborating with design, engineering, marketing, and athletes to deliver elite racing products.

You will lead cross‑functional teams through fast timelines, ensure manufacturability and cost objectives, and contribute to global product strategy with cutting‑edge materials and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 5+ years leading high-performance running footwear development.
• Experience with track & field spikes or road racing footwear is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple New Upper, New Tooling racing footwear projects from brief to final confirmation.
• Deliver Brooks Fit, Feel, Ride principles in prototypes.
• Collaborate with Sports Marketing and athletes to align development with enterprise needs.
• Manage development samples and production approvals with WFSGI and key factories.
• Identify gaps in technologies and drive new innovation projects for racing footwear.
