Qualifikationen

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by understanding needs and offering clear, knowledgeable product information.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards with floor sets, signage, pricing, and inventory.
• Promote company programs (loyalty, warranties, card enrollment) and drive adoption.
• Collaborate with store leadership to develop 30-60-90 day department plans.
• Help plan staffing, budgets, and operations; adjust plans as needed for efficiency.
• Lead store operations as Head Coach during shifts, including opening/closing and supervision.
• Set departmental goals and communicate them to the team; assign workloads accordingly.
• Monitor progress against plans and adjust to meet payroll and financial targets.
• Build a strong, engaged team through coaching, feedback, and recognition.
