As a current McDaniel College undergraduate, you will collaborate with coaches and student-athletes, participate in practice sessions, and help with film uploads and game planning as part of a dynamic athletics program.

Job Description:

Job Title: Football Student Coach

Effective Date: 8/10/26

Reports to: Assistant Football Coach - Offensive Line

Rate of Pay: Maryland Minimum Wage

FSLA Status: Non-Exempt

Location of Position: Gill Center / Gill Stadium , McDaniel College, 2 College Hill, Westminster, MD 21157

Duration of Appointment: August 5, 2026 to May 25, 2027

Schedule: Schedule is at discretion of supervisor

Evaluation Procedures: Student workers are evaluated on a continuous basis.

Scope: Assist Football Coaches

Responsibilities:

• Assist with practice/games/other operations as needed

• Work directly with coaching staff on practice field

Requirements:

• Current undergraduate student at McDaniel College.

• Computer technology knowledge is a plus
• Football knowledge is required
