Job summary

McDaniel College in Westminster, MD is seeking a Campus Recreation - Intramurals student worker to support campus events and intramural activities. You will assist with setup, game operations, and customer service.

As an undergraduate student, you will gain practical experience in athletics operations, work with a team, and help ensure safe, fair play while lifting gear and managing equipment.

This position is non-exempt, paid at Maryland minimum wage with flexible scheduling.

Reports to: Assistant Director of Athletics - Internal Operations

Department: Intercollegiate Athletics

Rate of Pay: Maryland Minimum Wage

FSLA Status: Non-Exempt

Location of Position: Gill Center, McDaniel College, 2 College Hill, Westminster, MD 21157

Duration of Appointment: August 5, 2026 to May 25, 2027

Schedule: Schedule is at discretion of supervisor

Evaluation Procedures: Student workers are evaluated on a continuous basis.

Scope: Provide operational support to Campus Recreation Events
