Job summary

McDaniel College in Westminster, MD seeks a part-time Women's Lacrosse Manager to support the program through practice and game coverage under the Head of Women's Lacrosse. You will assist coaches, run clock and video during practices, help with communications and social media, and ensure duties fit a max 20 hours/week schedule, including weekend home games.

Job Description:

Job Title: Women's Lacrosse Manager

Effective Date: 10/17/2025

Reports to: Head of Women's Lacrosse

Department: Intercollegiate Athletics

Rate of Pay: Maryland Minimum Wage

FSLA Status: Non-Exempt

Location of Position: Gill Center, McDaniel College, 2 College Hill, Westminster, MD 21157

Duration of Appointment: August 5, 2026 to May 25, 2027

Schedule: Schedule is at discretion of supervisor

Evaluation Procedures: Student workers are evaluated on a continuous basis.

Scope: Providesupport forWomen's Lacrosse teamduring practices, games and events.

Responsibilities:

• Attend practice and assist coaches with any items necessary

• Assist Communications Dept during games
• Assist with Social Media

Schedule:

• 20 hours max a week,must have availability from 6-8a or 4-8p depending on schedule, must be available on weekends
• Must be able to attend home games
