Job summary

McDaniel College is seeking a Men's Lacrosse Program Manager to support the lacrosse program at the Westminster, MD campus. The role focuses on operational support, film sessions, statistics, and event coordination under the guidance of the Head Coach.

The position requires current undergraduate status, availability for evenings/weekend practices, and the ability to operate a video camera. Experience with video, film, or athletic operations is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be an undergraduate student at McDaniel College.
• Must be available for practices, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to operate a video camera.
• Ability to follow directions and work with coaching staff and student-athletes.
• Computer technology knowledge is a plus.
• Lacrosse knowledge is a plus.
• Operate the scoring clock.
• Previous experience with video, film, statistics, or athletic operations is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with team meetings, clinics, and other program activities.

Rate of Pay: Maryland Minimum Wage

FSLA Status: Non-Exempt

Location of Position: Gill Center/Gill Stadium, McDaniel College, 2 College Hill, Westminster, MD 21157

Duration of Appointment: August 5, 2026 to May 25, 2027

Schedule: Schedule is at discretion of supervisor

Evaluation Procedures: Student workers are evaluated on a continuous basis.

Scope: Provide operational and administrative support to the Men's Lacrosse program.

Requirements:

• Must be available for practices, including evening and weekend practices when applicable, and weekend games
• Must be professional, reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
• Ability to operate a video camera
• Ability to follow directions and work effectively with coaching staff and student-athletes
• Computer technology knowledge is a plus
• Lacrosse knowledge is a plus
• Operate the scoring clock
• Previous experience with video, film, statistics, or athletic operations is preferred but not required
