Smart Managed Solutions is hiring a Foot Mobile Engineer to cover electrical and mechanical systems across allocated sites in City of London. The role involves performing Planned Preventive Maintenance, reactive and breakdown work, fault finding, and maintaining asset data in the CMMS.
You will carry out PPM tasks to schedule, manage reactive tasks, and ensure safe, cost-effective operation. The job requires NVQ Level 2/3 Electrical Installations and 17th/18th Edition, with a Monday–Friday

To carry out PPM, reactive and breakdown works to all Electrical/Mechanical systems within the allocated sites. Engineers must be able to demonstrate relevant knowledge of Air conditioning, UPS, Generators, LV systems, which will include the ability to fault find using the production of graphical information and the utilisation of current alarm data.
As a Foot Mobile Engineer at Smart Managed Solutions, you will operate and manage all engineering assets to support the business with no unplanned disruptions in the most cost-effective manner. Manage reactive works process to ensure requests are responded to and closed out in accordance with agreed procedures. To develop management tools to actively report on asset and building performance and make recommendations for improvement.
