Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Representative to drive product adoption among surgeons and healthcare professionals in the assigned region. You will become the resident expert, delivering in-depth product demonstrations and building lasting relationships with hospitals and clinicians.

This role emphasizes field-based selling with a strong focus on patient outcomes, operating room support, and ongoing education on Stryker Foot & Ankle solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years in a clinical healthcare or sales role
• 3+ years of Sales Experience Preferred
• Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services, including marketing strategy and tactics
• Excellent organizational skills and knowledge in the use of current office technologies (MSOffice suite, databases, etc.)
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships with surgeons and hospitals would be beneficial
• Must be comfortable in emergency/operating room environments
• Ability to participate in and attend sales meetings and professional association meetings outside regular business hours
• Must adhere to compliance and the principles of responsibility (AdvaMed) by maintaining privacy and confidentiality of information, protecting assets, acting with ethics and integrity, reporting non-compliance, and adhering to laws and company policies

• Become resident Foot & Ankle expert for a sophisticated audience
• Live your work, supporting the extreme demands of Foot & Ankle and impacting lives
• Organize materials and quickly sort solutions during operating room consultations
• Meticulously manage inventory and assist customers as needed
• Know competitors’ offerings to build credibility with surgeons
• Provide advice and training on products and tools used to save lives
• Drive in the fast lane and change lives by selling Stryker products
