Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Consultant to support the Orlando/Tampa, FL territory. You will drive growth by presenting and applying the F&A portfolio to surgeons and hospitals, building relationships and delivering clinical education.

Responsibilities include case coverage, product demonstrations, and collaboration with the Regional Manager to execute the territory plan. A flexible, detail-oriented approach and travel readiness are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years’ experience OR
• Associates degree + 4 yr related experience OR
• Certified Surgical Technician + 6 yr. related experience OR
• Recently transitioned from Active Duty Military
• Proven sales aptitude and clinical knowledge within orthopaedics/surgeries is preferred
• Ability to work in a hospital/operating room environment and travel as required

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and understand competing products.
• Sell F&A portfolio to new accounts and grow existing customers.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of products.
• Build clinical relationships with surgeons and evaluators.
• Provide case support and on-call/ER consultation as needed.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager on business planning and strategy.
• Maintain inventory and ensure timely product delivery.
• Meet business plan objectives and sales quotas.
• Complete administrative duties accurately and promptly.
