Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree and plan to enroll after the summer.
• GPA 3.0 or above preferred.
• Must be a permanent resident or U.S. citizen.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willingness to adapt to changing priorities with enthusiasm.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Shadow Sales Associates, Sales Representatives and Operations team to learn branch operations.
• Prepare a project segment to develop a target account list or marketing strategy.
• Learn selling skills and instrument use with coaching from sales team.
• Shadow and assist drivers with kit deliveries to accounts.
• Assist warehouse staff in assembling and preparing instrument kits for surgery.
• Interact with cross-functional teams about products.
• Support sales and field ops on special projects.
