Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years' experience OR:
• Associates degree + 4 yr related experience OR:
• Certified Surgical Technician + 6 yr. related experience OR:Recently transitioned from Active Duty Military

Aufgaben

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and understand competitive products.
• Spearhead selling of F&A portfolio to new accounts and grow with existing customers.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of F&A products.
• Establish and build clinical relationships with key surgeons and evaluators.
• Maintain surgeon/resident contact with prospects and provide support during cases.
• Perform F&A field calls for accounts and territory as needed.
• Collaborate with Trauma partners to grow F&A business in geographies.
• Maintain sales equipment and promotional materials in proper condition.
• Ensure timely product delivery to surgery site.
• Achieve business plan objectives and sales quotas.
• Complete required administrative duties.
• Accurately invoice customers for products.
