Slices meats and prepares deli items i.e. sandwiches, mixed salads, cheese, etc. Replenishes food items as necessary. Makes coffee. Participates in cafeteria special events. 2. Serves food in prescribed quantities according to food service standards. 3. Takes temperatures before and during meal service. 4. Informs production if a menu item is running low. 5. Stocks cold supply before, during and after each meal service. II. Position Qualifications: License/Certification/Education:Required: -Preferred: 1. High school education or equivalent. Experience/Skills:Required: 1. Requires the ability to carry out instructions and procedures that are standardized. 2. Ability to read, write and speak English. 3. Understands basic weights and measures. 4.
