Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a Manager of Category Management for Foodsservice Poultry. You will own category strategy and portfolio actions, turning market insights into strategic initiatives. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Pricing, R&D and Innovation to drive growth and develop Associate Managers.

You will analyze market trends, competitor dynamics and customer needs to guide decisions and leadership will be provided across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, finance or related field; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead category strategy, planning and portfolio actions for Foodservice Value-Added Poultry (FSVAP).
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Pricing/Revenue Management, R&D, Sensory and Innovation to align organization and deliver results.
• Coach and develop Associate Managers and manage cross-functional projects.
• Lead market, customer and competitive intelligence and share reporting.
• Travel 1–4 domestic trips per year.
