Job summary

Sysco is seeking an experienced Sales Professional, Restaurant Manager, Culinary Manager or Chef to join our World Class Sales Team. This outside sales role focuses on promoting Sysco products and building relationships with new and existing accounts within the assigned territory.

The position may require working non-traditional hours (evenings, weekends, holidays) to meet customer needs and drive profitable growth. Training and advancement opportunities are available across levels and segments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Culinary Arts or related discipline OR HSD/GED with 3 years Restaurant Management, B2B or outside sales experience.
• Experience in B2B or outside sales is preferred.
• Completion of the Sysco Sales Internship counts as relatable experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and penetrate existing accounts to achieve profitable growth.
• Qualify prospects according to account stratification goals.
• Research customer needs and tailor a mix of products and services.
• Provide product information and training to customer personnel.
• Drive a personal vehicle to customer accounts and events.
• Assist with training of new employees and contribute to meetings.
